Distractions

For those who have anxiety, depression or recovering from alcohol abuse like my self... I have recently discovered that doing puzzles is a great great distraction. I put on relaxing music with a cup of caffeine free tea and let the time take me from there. I hope everyone is having a great day!

yeah...I used to do puzzles....they were great....I loved a lot of pieces with a lot of color and a pretty pic...did countryside cottages...sea life...coral reefs...etc.

I love puzzles! I am currently on a shaped puzzle kick. I also like 3D puzzles. They don’t make them as frequently anymore. The biggest I have made is 2000 pieces. I been making puzzles since I was five. I can’t get enough of that hobby.

The only issue is have is the caffeine free tea. My brain requires caffeine to function. Don't judge me. 😊
