The worst is when I _need_ some media to distract myself and I'm not in the middle of something and I can't find something to start. Like right now.

Pictures. I worked on getting pictures ready to take to get printed today. I've always have keep photo albums but been very slack the last 2 yrs. I was thinking about my parents and pulled out the pictures and went thru them and it made me feel better a while back.
Nice. I take so many photos but I haven’t printed out many lately since my condition makes everything seem like too much ya know?
Youtube old scary movies. I have "Boris Karloff's thriller se4ries on right now. A very young William Shatner stars. I have also seen him in an old Night Gallery.
Anything that keeps my hands busy. TV (and to an extent, computers) can be a trigger for me so when I keep my hands busy sewing, reading, miniatures, or attempting to play my cello; my health improves.
