Pictures. I worked on getting pictures ready to take to get printed today. I've always have keep photo albums but been very slack the last 2 yrs. I was thinking about my parents and pulled out the pictures and went thru them and it made me feel better a while back.

Do I ever!!! I needed to take the trash out the other day and that meant picking up the bag and going outside. Needless to say it didn't happen that day. Ugh!!! We just say "tomorrow will be better". 😊

Anything that keeps my hands busy. TV (and to an extent, computers) can be a trigger for me so when I keep my hands busy sewing, reading, miniatures, or attempting to play my cello; my health improves.
