Today I felt really tired and then I had to take an allergy pill to get my allergy shots. The pill made me even more tired and then I knew what was happening. The depression is coming back. I don't want to do anything, even though I have a ton of things to get done. I just want to be left alone and now the thoughts of cutting are coming back. I haven't done that in several months. I am just too tired to try to do anything. There just isn't any more fight left.

Meet your doctor. He/she could titrate medicines or even prescribe new to give you a jump start.
what did you do before for your depression Olinick....can you do this again....I know your tried now...and my allergy pill makes me very tired too...I understand that....hang in there...your gonna get through this....keep sharing ....
