Morning. I was diagnosed with gad and major depressive disorder. I am at a very low point in my life. I am in in a cycle where I start a job and just quit. I started binge drinking so I don’t have to deal with life. Needing advise.

Morning Shonna, I'm sorry you are having a had time right now. Do you think quitting your jobs are because of anxiety or more related to symptoms of depression? Are you in therapy? Are you on meds? Everyone needs healthy coping strategies, a good therapist can help you with that. You can do this!
