Could I possibly be bipolar?

Im new here. Trying find right meds treat my major depresion and panic attacks as well as insomnia. I also wonder at times if I am possibly bipolar?

have you been to a therapist to be diagnosed?....I think that would help you on finding out so you know what course of action to take to care for yourself. Glad your here sharing.

Good point fauxartist! I didn't know why I felt the way I do! Until I was finally diagnosed with bipolar. Once I found out it all came together.. I read everything I could find about this disease and took my Dr's advice. I'm better for it now. It really explained a lot!!

yeah...me too....seriously blew my mind how much damage my childhood did along with my disease's....yes that's plural....but....it doesn't define us...it's just something we learn to live our life with....and that's the best thing about good therapy...I do choose to take SSRI's...it's a life saver for me....I'm tired of the really big emotional roller coaster ride...now I am on the kiddy ride version...better
