I have so much built up anger and frustration that I’m about to explode. I’m so tired I just wanna sleep.

I go walking. I walk fast too. Sometimes nature is healing, you know getting away from people. The exercise helps the anger dissipate. I don't get mad often but when I do it takes me awhile to get come down. First of all, don't beat yourself up for being angry.

I can’t go outside right now. My allergies are so bad that I can’t move.

That's me today, I just started cleaning but I give up. I don't want to anymore. Just was angry now I am sad. About to go to the park with my girls but then these allergies like you affect us horribly. Still take a chance later, take some allergy pills or something. I sometimes put music on & just jam out. Sad, mad it helps me. Hope you feel better.

I believe our minds are so tired of us constantly thinking, fighting with ourselves that we are just exhausted. Hope you get the rest you need and feel just a little better. I am so angry right now but covering it up and just talking to you guys. Not going to let it get to me. Nope. It's not going to win. We got this. Hang in there.

Thanks for talking to me. You don’t know how much I appreciate it. If it weren’t for you guys I would have ended my life.

Thank you for replying. Glad you do. We all need someone just to listen. Just knowing someone actually cares. But you are strong because you come on here and tell us what's going on.

Very sleepy. Still frustrated

Hello, You are a special person, do not forget that. When I was learning to deal with my anger, I learnt a simple way to deal with it. I went to Toys for us and bought a plastic baseball bat, weight about 2 oz. Once I got home I would go in my bedroom and beat the bed, cuss and and yell my head off. I got a lot of steam out. Also on my way home I would close the windows in my car, turn the radio on loud and say and express to my anger, people thought I was singing to the music. I was taught one cannot stay screaming, yelling mad for a minute, unless there was someone there to goad you. Beat a pillow with your fists, the anger has to come out otherwise you will end up being depressed. Try it it worked for me, I finally donated the baseball to a charity because I now let my anger out when it happens, as long as no-won is around, it helps me to pass thru it in those few seconds. Hope this is of help. Sending Love & Hugs + peace of mind. Sprinkle 1.........
