OMG! You're not being rude. I was being incredibly insensitive! Cat26538, I deeply care. I have ADHD & anxiety & these were the kinds of things I was telling myself this morning (Saturday) when I was suffering an anxiety attack. I did talk to another AA member who also has anxiety & depression. We make fun of ourselves quite a bit, but I do know that this is very serious stuff & I'm smack dab in the middle of it.

My whole life has been turned upside down. Maybe I should reach out on here more when I'm freakin' out. Alot of times I use humor inappropriately as an avoidance technique?

Please forgive me. I've never been in this position to this extent. I see a therapist, a psychiatrist, my GP, a pain Dr & my back surgeon besides pool and will start biofeedback on Monday. Arthritis has been kicking my ass for at least 15 to 20 years. I have barely just begun on getting diagnosed and treated for mental issues. Let's just say I'm a MESS!!!
