When do you take it? I was having this issue when I first started sertraline and found that changing my dose from taking it in the morning to taking it before bed helped me immensely.

I take it around half 6 every morning

I would definitely run it past the doctor who prescribed it, but it seems like it would be worth trying to change it to nighttime dosing. Every now and then I have also had to take a sleeping medication for a week or 2 with my doctor's supervision to help me to get back on track. Hydroxyzine is what I'm usually prescribed for that.

Yeah I’m due to speak to my doctor in around a week or 2 so I’ll go from there, it’s not the end of the world it’s just one of those things that are annoying cause sometime it feels like I haven’t had any sleep

I understand completely. I don't do caffeine either because it makes me anxiety disorder go off the charts, so that can make getting up in the morning brutal!

I hate to break this to you, but you may need something to help you sleep. Something like Seroquel.

It can take longer for the drug to stablise your mood, just because you have been on medication for a matter of months does not mean you should be back to normal. The tablets work to level your mood while you address various problems you have. Time can be a great healer, and you may need talking therapy to learn how to address your fears and mood.

Try Relaation Techniques before bed, Mindfulness seems to be the one at this time. You can purchase books on this subject on Amazon for about $10.00

Taking these medications in the morning or middle of the day can make you sluggish at work. Take your medications in the evening about one hour before bedtime

I gotta be honest I’ve felt the most normal in a few months since taking these tablets granted first couple weeks was hell, but now only issue is staying asleep all night?

Great news I find now that I wake up at two various times I get up go to the toilet and go back to bed, straight back to sleep until next morning so try not to worry, most people have problems waking up in the night.

Try taking medication about one hour before bed

Do you think this could work better for a better sleep routine as I take it at half 6 every morning, reason I took it at half 6 every morning was all to do with sleep in the first place

The problem is to maximise the sleep you can have. If you take the medications in the morning you MAY find that could make you tired during the day at work. In the evening you become relaxed and your sleep will be more relaxed with your medication, you could try medications with your evening meal that may help
