Anxiety depression

Hi I'm andy I'm from UK great yarmouth I've had anxiety and depression for 10 years and now it's got to the point that I've had the paramedic last night dew to chest pains yet again and pains in leg they checked out my bloods said it's ok even know I've got hi celestial , and they said it's panic attacks my boy he's 15 and puts loads of stress onto me he's got adhd he lives not far from me with he's mum he'doesn't listen when I say don't do this or that he thinks he's bigger than he is I'm non stop worrying about him so now I feel like chest cramps all the time like now but I stop my meds last year both for blood clestral and antidepressants must make a appointment in the morning for the docs , sorry if I went on a bit anyway take care x

I think it all started when 2 of my brothers died within 6 weeks of each other then my mother

Yeah. Three trips to the ER last week. I very much appreciate your feelings. I'd say check out a app for crisis situations. NOT a substitute for medical attention but maybe to get ahead of the problem. I may have jumped the gun. Anyhoo. Welcome "mate..matey..dude"
