So what is happening now? Not need to always help someone else. Sometimes need to rest and refuel yourself or you'll be empty. Just rest and refuel.

Charity begins at home. If you refuel, you will able to assist others. Wanting something for others you cannot do for yourself first or ask for assistance believe will frustrate you. So is ok for you to reach out to members of this venue.xx
