New to all this..

Hello I'm from NM and have just recently found myself suffering from anxiety and a bit of depression because of former alcohol abuse and alcoholism. I also experience a lot of stress and anxiety at home, because we (me and my husband) live with his grandmother whom is dying of cancer in the lungs. Right now I am currently taking 15mg of Buspar and it might be a little much for me so now ER doctor has put me on 1mg dose of Xanax. My fear is I will never come off these meds. Has anyone had these fears?

We can talk with Dr. Any time about slowly coming off of medicine if we don’t want it they will guide the correct way.

I also validate all the emotional trauma you have suffered through in the past with out support that was too much for you as you choose to self medicate with alcohol.
