I wish I could freeze the moment that I feel normal & full of hope.it only lasts

A short time & then doomed hopeless feeling comes back. It frightens me how depressed I could be. I need to be hugged and say you'll be ok I will help you!!

Hey there! I know that trouble. Hopeful vs hopeless. Sometimes I feel like which is real? I try to focus on the hopefulness because I believe there is always some hope for us. Best to you!
