I have a BP monitor, too.
If I'm not mistaken, you've been to the ER recently, and the docs checked you out physically and found nothing wrong. If that's true, I suggest that you take them at their word (they know what they're doing), and focus entirely on getting through the panic attacks. To me, the fear of terrible physical problems is making the anxiety level escalate for no reason at all. Your nervous system is sending you frightening false alarms. If I were you, I would concentrate on that.
I just watched your first video on YouTube, and you were completely calm and rational the whole time. Why don't you try watching your first video yourself, and "remember" what it's like to be calm?

Have you tried Cognitive Behaviour Therapy? It has helped thousands of people to recover from panic attacks and other anxiety disorders.
