I feel like in a down ward spiral. My head feels cloudy, My back hurts. Anxiety has been bothering me all day.

sometimes when im down i think of happy moments in my life or think about that there is atleast one person who will be there for me and is willing to help me.

sorry to hear that. I have a dr appt for med evaluation in am. Been surviving not taking meds but i think its time
