Battling panic disorder and anxiety for 10 years. Exhausting to say the least. Finally gave up and fell into deep depression. Friends trying to get me to go to psychiatrist. Has that worked for anyone? Went once before, I don’t think talking and meditating for 15 minutes is going to do the trick.

Yes! Psychiatrist, medication, therapy have been first line defense for dealing with depression and anxiety for me, and many others. Highly recommend it. There is help there!
