Another Year Closing In

I would say that March is always a hard month but honestly it’s the whole year. My dad had a major heart attack at the age of 38 on March 26, 2010 when I was in 6th grade and I was the one who found him. I don’t remember a whole lot about him anymore, I’m pretty sure my brain blocks out memories. Sometimes though, i do have senses of deja vu and others I think I am remembering something but can’t tell if it’s real or made up.

I’ll be posting more this month most likely, just felt more down that usual this morning and wanted to say that

Dearest sadfacesushi, I understand your sadness and pain all too well. My father also died in March 19th from a fall down the steps. I was there. (for me it was many years ago).

I'm glad you are opening up about your feelings to the forum. We are here to comfort and understand how life can hurt but you are never alone. I am so sorry for your loss at such a young age. We will be here to listen when you are ready. xx

I appreciate you telling me about your father. I hope that you made it through the day and have had good days since and will continue to have good days in the future.
