A new beginning!

I've had a physical exam and a cat scan and and EKG and it was all normal and for me I want to tackle this panic not ony own bit with God and family because I was so sure there was something wrong with me medically but there isn't so I'm ready to face the fear without meds!

You may want to talk to a doctor before trying to tackle such problems without medication. There's no shame in taking medication for a medical problem. If one medication doesn't work, try another. We'vve all had to do the same thing to get relief. Mild side effects are worth dealing with, if you get relief.
