Need a new doctor

Recently I’ve had a lot of physical issues going on (migraines pinched nerve various pains over my body) and some other minor things so I made an appointment with my doctor and when I went in there she focused on one thing on my list and didn’t let me talk about any of my other issues and didn’t even help the one issue she discussed with me, just said I should get an X-ray (which even with my insurance would cost me an entire paycheck) and it was so frustrating because this person who is supposed to help with my pain won’t even listen to me and I honestly just don’t know what to do or how I find a new doctor and make sure they’re right for me, especially cuz just seeing a doctor costs me $25 and I don’t want to waste more money if they’re not gonna help me, any advice on what to do to find a new doctor and honestly Amy advice on how to help with pain without medicine?

I have a very bad back & deal with it without medicine. May I ask what type of pain you deal with? I'm here for you. It's so sad the health system, seems nowadays it's more about the money than really taking time with their patient, very upsetting. I'm sending you wishes for peace of mind & pain. Love, hugs, joy & light!!!

I’ve had lower back pain since high school, and I also have a pinched nerve in my neck, the nerve is what hurts the most, I’m always at a constant 4, and it get progressively worse if I don’t do anything about it, I have someone who gives me muscle relaxers when I get to like an 8 and that brings me to a 2 or less, but I want the pain to just stop and I don’t know what to do

Are you able to look up online exercise to do for the neck that are safe? I went to therapy for my back & know the ones I can do. Try doing 20 minutes ice, then 20 minutes heat. That's what I did for mine a couple weeks ago & get as much rest as you can. I'm sorry for my late reply, my daughter came for a visit yesterday & I never got back on. I hope this goes away for you real fast. Love, peace, joy, light & hugs!!!

Yes I am I never thought about looking up exercises to do, and no worries I’m glad you got to see her, is there anyway to decide which exercises online are safe or not? Like is there a website?

My pleasure. Have a beautiful day! Love, peace, joy, light & hugs!!!

Hello not all Drs are a good fit. Doctors are like mecánics some are good some are definitely not. It’s trial and error. I’ve definitely had my share of bad Drs that are Drs just to make themselves rich. In the meantime you can try switching to an anti inflammatory diet and begin meditating. Try and see if this helps. Wishing you the best. Samson

I actually use meditation to fall asleep, I’ve never thought about using it during the day I guess, and any suggestions for anti inflammatory foods?
