I don’t really know what to say but I guess I’ll just start with the fact that I have had anxiety disorder for a long time and I really struggle with it. It’s in a stage where it’s been too much to handle at times and it’s very hard to focus in class and it so distracting. I can’t help but to focus on managing my symptoms rather than focusing on other tasks. I try to control my breathing and shaky limbs and try to reduce the chance of an anxiety attack. I don’t really know what will help but I’m just hoping to let myself express my feelings on my situation.

Maybe just getting your feelings out will help. If you can get outside and smell the fresh air sometimes that helps also. Is there anything that you are worried about that is causing your anxiety, or have you had a traumatic event that left you with feeling this way?
There’s nothing specific that is worrying me and nothing traumatic has caused it I don’t think, but I just always feel nervous and anxious and it’s hard to even get up in class to get a paper or eat at lunch time. I can’t really get anything done or focus on a certain task without being distracted
