Celebrate Your Victories

I was talking with another person on the board here. She was celebrating with me about recognizing some anxiety and pushing forward anyway.

I hope you all will post your victories too. I am so glad that this forum is here so I can come and put down my burdens with people who actually understand what I’m going through.

But I really want to know how you are doing. If it’s a great day or a good day or a bad day but didn’t have any anxiety post about. Let us celebrate with you! Little steps, big steps, we have so much we can actually call victories.

Hi cmeanonymous, I agree with you that we need to celebrate the victories no matter how small they may seem. Each step we take forward helps ourselves as well as motivates others to keep going forward. xx

Goof shot, mine is a low one, I have been on med's for 13 weeks to get rid of depression/anxiety, Not working I am so miserable, but I am pulling for any one who is seeing some light at the end of the tunnel and plodders like me who plod along looking for that light, it has been months, and I am now going into another new med. Hang in there brothers and sisters the road will end. I'll be there to meet you with Big Hugs and Kisses. Sprinkle 1
