My husband suffers from anxiety and depression. This year, I have to find a support group to help me work through his anxious episodes and outbursts. I know he is suffering but so am I. We also have two children. I pray they won't be anxious or depressed but I need to learn how to help them as they get older if they do. Any other significant others or spouses that have found resources or an online support group to help work through this?
