I was on Zoloft for 20 + years and it worked well... but it’s effectiveness must have worn out.

Switched to another antidepressant and seems to work... no depression.

Hi, Yes we build up a tolerance, I did with prozac after 10 years the same with Zoloft, now we are having a bad time trying to get me settled on one that works. My Dr. asked me to do genesense, it is a test where the in side of ones mouth is swabbed and sent to the lab, it is returned with recommended antidepressant. The new one I am on Pristiq is working well for me. So I am glad you are doing well. Keep us posted. Take good care of yourself. I send you Love & Hugs. Sprinkle 1

Thanks for your reply and info. Never heard of swab technique. I’m in study for esketimine, sprayed in nose once week at physiatrist... seems to be working 6 months.

Good luck to you

Are you in the U.S.? I have been trying different medications for a couple years now and haven’t found the right one and I’ve never heard of Genesense and would like to try it.
