Let down

Feeling let down down by sooo many people this morning....I could cry. I just don't get it.

Ohhh I'm sorry your upset. Was it one thing in particular or many things?. Either way...its upset you. Sit down and have a cuppa and take some deep breaths. If these are major let downs then shame on them. If they are little yet bcas you are emotional they seem somewhat bigger....that feeling will go. You shouldn't have been let down full stop and I'm a great believer that if someone says they will do something...they should. I was incredibly unreliable when I had depression...bcas I was hiding my anxiety i would arrange something then not go....bcas I couldn't leave the house. I had my head so firmly in the sand that only my tootsies were wiggling ..just visible. There's no excuse tho. So, deep breaths and find something to keep you occupied if you can. Hugs. J

What I have decided and learned recently is that you CANNOT depend on anyone. sometimes even your own family. You cannot have expectations put upon people. That way you are never disappointed.

km147, Oh I will second and third that one. It took me a long time to figure out but now I'm never disappointed. Thanks for sharing that thought. xx

That's right. You can only rely on yourself!!!!!!! That's what I'm going to do from now on! However I can rely on my wonderful hubby! Thank God!
