Thanks for wanting to help. Lately depression been kicking my butt. Nonething I do to relieve seems to work.

Hi- I’m sorry you are feeling down and tired. I pray that no matter how hard life is, you will stay strong and not give up.

I’m glad that you are doing your best to defeat depression. Have you tried listening to inspirational messages, based in my experience, hearing such messages help me to uplift my mood and also learn ways to enjoy my everyday life. You can try it too. Do you have a support group that you can meet in person, it can help you to feel less lonely. I hope you will feel better soon. We are here for you, please update us. You are in my prayers.
