i found that if i keep myself really busy and distracted my my mind stays clear of anxiety. also if i stay off of the internet i dont get triggered as easily, ive been rotting my brain by staying on my electronics 24/7 and it definitely doesnt help my anxiety or panic is just causes an escape. i want to get back into reading and writing and just being creative in general, i miss my creative artistic mind that has been dulled by my mental illnesses.

Good for you, where are you going to start? My therapy was my house, decorating and designing. Really helped me get some focus.

Good for you, it all starts with a plan. Give it a go, don’t beat yourself up if at first it doesn’t seem to be working, just stick with it.

Yes, when my mind goes to "that place" that I don't like, I keep busy and try to think positive thoughts. I have to stay away from triggers as much as possible.
