That is what anxiety will do to us. Not to mention the symptoms of anxiety often mimic heart problems and other serious diseases. The best thing you can do is focus on being healthy. Exercise is one of the best treatments for anxiety. Diet is also very good. Those are also good for your heart health. Retrain your brain to focus on living instead of dying. I know how hard that can be first hand. If you know you are healthy with diet and exercise and regular checkups with your doctor it can help you overcome your fear. Anxiety put that fear there. It can be such a bully. Stand up to that bully and tell it you will not take it anymore! That’s what bullies hate the most. Get living! It’s ironic how anxiety makes us so scared we’re going to die we forget to live while we can. Idle minds breed anxiety and negativity. So get active and live! Best of luck. I know it’s easier said than done but we’re here for you!
