Random Dizzy Spells.

I need advice! Sometimes when I'm living my life I will have a wave of dizziness, it's just a moment and after it's washed over me I'm fine. But I'm anxious about it! It happens several times a year so I don't believe it's serious but I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this?

hi ive gone through this during times of sudden fear or panic, yours seems completely random but no youre not alone in dizzy spells. i understand how troubling they can be

Good to know I'm not the only one! Usually my panic attacks come out of the blue, which is funny because during really stressful moments I fear them but they always come when nothing seems wrong or I should be relaxed!

wow i can relate to them coming out of the blue its very frustrating especially when i want to relaxed!
