i have severe anxiety disorders, agoraphobia, ptsd, bipolar disorder, recently the anxiety and panic seem to run my life even has my pcp thinking im having silent heart attacks. how do i get help without Dr's thinking im just "seeking medication"

Hi, First of all I would find a psychiatrist, they know the type of med's we need for our ill brains. Also I would find a group to join and consider talking to a therapist. You sound like you are in need of more help than a PCP can offer. Be good to yourself, go online and look for help, read any pertinent information so you can help yourself.
