Nauseous

Hi! I've had anxiety for a while now but here the last few months its gotten a lot worse, I throw up almost every other day because of this and have lost almost 10 pounds since last month please help.

I am sorry that you are having such a bad time with your anxiety problems,are you taking hour medication?sometimes it helps by changing your medications but you must talk to your doctor befotr you do that.

Are you doing any therapy? That helps to deal with anxiety.

I got put back on zoloft but so far I can't tell a difference. I'm having up to like 10 anxiety attacks a day and I haven't eaten in almost a week I don't know what else to do.
