Social Anxiety and Depression

But am just feeling depressed cause Social Anxiety stopping from going anywhere. I cant make phone call or answer them right way.

Hi I am sorry to hear what you are going through. Have a bit of social anxiety myself which arised from some issues I had in life. But generally growing up I have always been a shy reserved girl. I suggest you seek some counselling and join a support group for people with social anxiety. I feel it helps because you can connect with people that can understand what you are going through And at the same time get help for overcoming the social anxiety. Just a suggestion. i got therapy set up just waiting to hear back to get appointment.

i share living space with my mother and she purposely likes to make my anxiety worst cause she knows what bugs me.
