panic attack disorder

apparently my brain wants to be afraid about everything. Also my daily ssri is causing belly problem which cause me to be more anxious. It’s like a never ending cycle. I feel so discouraged. Tomorrow is my 33rd birthday, and I just want to have a good day and not have an existential crisis about getting older. Someone tell me I ain’t old. And it’ll get better.

Try to eat something simple like crackers whenever you feel the need to eat and have stomach issues.
