I've been awake since 3am and by 5 I was hungry for the first time in ages so I made myself a bacon and egg sandwich. It was lush and just the start to my day that I needed. It's put me in a great mood and it just goes to show that little things can go a long way!!!

I live for the little things! Lately I just do not have an appetite. I can’t force myself to eat. I eat one meal a day if that. Yesterday I ate 4 bite size blueberry muffins I had to force just to see if it would help my dizziness and lightheaded feelings while at work. It didn’t. I was happy to be at work. I love it. Just got woozy every time I stood up. Everyone says it’s anxiety. I celebrate every good thing that happens. No matter how big or small. I have so much negativity I need to celebrate positivity.
Markyt........... Bacon & Egg Sandwich sounds delicious. It is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After not eating or drinking anything for the last 8 plus hours, it is important as a fuel for your body every morning. Keep that great mood throughout the day by hydrating as well.
