Doctors again.

Back at the doctors again today. I keep having nose bleeds in the middle of the night really heavy and long. The thought of having one keeps me awake, so between my brain not switching off going over every detail of my day, I now have the fear of waking up covered in blood!

Im on iron tables but that’s all the medication I’m taking and that’s not causing them. So I don’t know what’s happening! It’s awful.

Perhaps you should see an ENT to figure out what is causing this. If you already are seeing ENT, my apologies for suggesting that.

i had that happen all the time ! i had surgery on my nose to get it to stop ... 😬

Something that might help - I get nosebleeds in the winter, and started using a small humidifier in my bedroom at night. It really helped me.

I’ve been given some antibiotic cream to put up my nose.

It’s just another thing, it’s always just another thing.
