Hello....that's a broad wide open question. Can you narrow down the field by providing more info about your condition and what are you looking for as far as advice or sharing experiences. Are you on meds (type,dose), therapy, self help programs, diet, when you experience it more, and so on.

Also, whenever I am freaking out about something, my boyfriend tells me "It's all gonna be ok". Usually that would not work coming from anyone, usually it is very bland unhelpful advice. But it is coming from him and I love him immensely and he calms me, and he is the key that makes "It's all gonna be ok" actually work. Perhaps imagine someone that you love dearly or someone that calms you saying that to you... or better yet get them to say that to you for real. It really helps me when he, or my parents, tell me that and similar things.
It also helps to ground yourself in your surroundings. Like count 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you touch, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste. I have read that that helps.
