I have had a very bad couple of weeks because of my anxiety problems. I have no idea what has caused me to fall into this latest episode but I can’t remember the last time it has drug out for this long. I’ve had insomnia, loss of appetite, irritability, shakiness, loss of focus and the last few days I’ve started noticing stomach cramping and chest pain. I don’t remember having such issues in the past, but then again I can’t remember having an anxiety episode last for this long. Just wondering if I should be concerned with these new ailments?
