Hey I'm new to this support group. I have ptsd and generalized anxiety disorder. I just recently went through a very bad breakup. I got very comfortable leaning on my partner for support during bad times but they're not around anymore, so I thought maybe this would be a good opportunity to connect with others who are also dealing with this stuff and maybe I could even help someone else who needs it.

Definitely a great place to connect with other's in similar situations. It is always hard to lose someone you are mentally dependent on, but begins with remembering how strong you are.
