Crying
I having crying fits a lot. If I am at home I lock myself in my room and really let it out. Sometimes we just need a good cry or even scream into the pillow. Sometimes I will start to cry at work.. and if anyone asks what’s wrong I will really start to cry. The best thing I know is to step outside for a moment and take some deep breaths and try to think about anything else. Sometimes I will ask a close coworker to just talk to me about something.. their dog, their baby.. etc.. just to take my mind off of crying or whatever it is making me cry.
Thanks. I have so many adjustments going on in my life right now. Sometimes I feel like I can't control my emotions.
I woke up one day starting crying and didn’t stop for 2 weeks. I finally went to the emergency room and they gave me Zoloft and told me to go see my doctor. It took a month to kick in, but it worked like a charm...no kidding. It has been a godsend.
It's sad to hear that you're in such a difficult time. You're probably crying because you feel really sad on the inside. It's very helpful to have other people talk to you for distraction and it'll help you feel better. However, you have to deal with what's bothering you.
