I'm so sorry buddy. I don't know exactly how you are feeling but I know it must be unpleasant. It won't last forever though, and in your lucid moments reach out for help. Remember to breath slowly if your anxious and hold on. I'm with you buddy. I love you and I believe you can get through this. You're gonna be able to get the help you need. If your feeling really bad call the doctor or 911 and they'll be able to get you emergency help.
