Feeling down weekend is over I don't know if my anxiety will let me sleep...

Monday is back to work, not liking the thought of getting up early. I have to set at least four alarm times on my cell phone to get me awake, up, and get ready for work and out the door and to work on time. I try to get to work with time to spare but doesn't always happen that way... I'm stressed about it already...I really want to sleep but I feel the hum of my anxiety.

I can relate. I tried to sleep and actually fell asleep for about an hour and now I'm up with anxiety and can't go back to sleep. I have to work tomorrow too and I dread it because I don't know if I'll get any sleep.
