Hello, does anyone else get extreme exhaustion and tiredness &a soreness from all this ? Feel like I just ran a marathon all the time

Yes I do. Especially when i'm really anxious. I think of it as anxiety causes these symptoms in your body that essentially wear you down throughout the day and make you feel tired and sore. It's hard to handle at times, but It will get better and I hope it gets better for you. Sending positive vibes your way :)

Thank you I appreciate that! I do have more days where I have more energy but don't understand what makes it come back when it does ! Sucks I'm only 22 I should have so much energy haha

Yeah, I usually get my soreness in the top/middle part of my back, almost at my neck.

Yessss. And being with friends can seem like SUCH a marathon. I love them but it feels like I'm trying so hard to just to remain present.

Man super relatable and they just don't understand it's like I wanna be in bed like 9 already and not be out lol even tho a year before this I could be up till 7 am and take a 3 hour nap to go to work afterlike it was nothing lol

Extremely relatable to me. I feel like I'm trying so freaking hard just to be there and not be my anxious self with friends around.

Anxiety can make you very tired! But maybe you could try taking a b vitamin complex? as that can help a lot of people

I read somewhere that anxiety and stress uses up more of your bodies magnesium, which you need to wind down and sleep properly, so your body can repair itself.

Might be worth trying an magnesium supplement too that's better absorbed than the usual magnesium oxide.

I'm trying magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate and the magtein.

Yeah that's one of the better absorbed ones, haven't tried it myself, I read its a mild laxative! =-O :-P

Also there are some skin sprays and Epsom salts in a bath before bed is said to help too.
