A trip of exhaustion and adventure

So, I'll be going on a mandatory field work in my department (geology) this weekend and I've heard it's tiring and exhausting and painfully stressful. I wished I could evade it but it's unavoidable so I just wanted to let out my feeling about how I feel.I'm scared I'll be pretty weak and less active than others during the course of the field work. I hope to get through this feelings before then and feel excited instead
