Yes I do. Especially when i'm really anxious. I think of it as anxiety causes these symptoms in your body that essentially wear you down throughout the day and make you feel tired and sore. It's hard to handle at times, but It will get better and I hope it gets better for you. Sending positive vibes your way

Man super relatable and they just don't understand it's like I wanna be in bed like 9 already and not be out lol even tho a year before this I could be up till 7 am and take a 3 hour nap to go to work afterlike it was nothing lol
I read somewhere that anxiety and stress uses up more of your bodies magnesium, which you need to wind down and sleep properly, so your body can repair itself.
Might be worth trying an magnesium supplement too that's better absorbed than the usual magnesium oxide.
I'm trying magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate and the magtein.
