Today I have my first therapy session! Excited but scared because my last therapist wasn't the best, she would always look at her watch and it made me anxious because it felt like I was just wasting her time, she also didn't even help me with anything other than shake her head yes and say mhmm.... I cried after that because I felt like nobody cares or wants to help.. so I found a new therapist and he seems really nice so I hope this goes well! Pray for me 💕🙏🏼💝
