Depression with feeling of dying

Sir iam from india i unble to understand what happens to my mind its feel like iam going to die now this type of diseas i have been faced since from 6 months can you pls give some positive responce

I am sorry you are feeling bad. It is important to understand that the mind can get tired and weak just like your body can. It does not have to mean you have a disease or there is something wrong with you, just that your mind needs a break and some rest. Everyone can feel like this and it is normal. But you have to take it seriously. If you break your leg, you will not walk on it and the same goes for your mind. it is good that you have come to the forum as we are so many here who know how you are feeling and we can support you. Do you think you know what is causing these feelings? can it be something that has happened recently? or maybe just work and life gives you a hard time? Do you have any family or friends who can understand this and be supportive to you? I always recommend to see a doctor, it can be hard but please don't feel like it is not "serious" enough or that you are being dramatic. If you feel like you are dying, it is very serious. I think it would be great if you could talk to a professional and tell them your worries and feelings, sometime this alone can help you feel better, get that negative energy out! Ramesh, are you experiencing anxiety? Because sometimes it can make you feel like you're dying or losing control. Also depression does bad things to our thoughts. I have had it and it's scary. Are you on meds? You need a therapist.LD
