Hi, I haven't been able to go work physically in a work place for a long time after an incident that happened 3 years ago, now I'm scared of people and I stopped going to work. I don't know if it's a good idea for me to avoid ppl and just work from home or should I face my fears.
Any suggestions?

Hi you need to see your doctor for help and work towards facing your fears. If you carry on like this you will make things worse and will find it harder to go out and about. It can lead to agraphobia as well if you don't start tackling it.
it must have been a very traumatic incident so you need to deal with it asap, x
