Will83 , I write too and it is a great way to get your head around problems. You might even end up getting published, you never know. I started smoking when I was 21 and finally gave up by using nicotine lozenges. Well, guess what? I became addicted to the lozenges! I totally understand why you feel the way you do about nicotine. It was SO hard to give up and I believed that I would never feel as happy without my cigarettes. I was wrong - I gave up the lozenges - and nicotine too, of course, a couple of years ago.
