Has anyone on here used essential oils to help balance out your mood? As some of you may know, I'm very interested in natural remedies. (You name it, I've tried it: yoga, meditation, massage therapy, acupuncture-- and I love all of them). I'm a big believer in essential oils, and I think for people who have major mood swings (like I do, a lot of the time) it can really help calm you down or lift you up. It is also very possible to incorporate essential oils into other therapy programs, not just by diffusing. For instance, you can use oils in massage therapy as well.
