Having a horrible tension (?) headache since yesterday.... I'm sure it's stress related. My little sister moves out of state in a week, bummed about that. My husband goes out of town for 2 weeks next week 😓 I'll be flying alone, 1st time doing that,to meet him. And found out today that my coworker is quitting, last day next week. It feels like a lot & the anxiety is having fun.... cant shake it

When you go to bed tonight go on you tube and look for sleep bodhi nidra yoga. Just listen and do what they day. It's ready you are absolutely still. It's all in your mind so you can relax get some sleep and maybe things will be bettet or easier tomorrow. I know I was very sad when my sister moved to San Diego all the way across the counrty. So I feel for you. Have s bid night and I hope your headache is gone Torrie.
