OCD Depression Anxiety ,physical effects

Hello all

When i gone obsessed with a thought i became so stressed confused and have those physical things happen:

At first i feel my head heavy and have a sharp headache at the "inside back of my head specificly" such like some needles shocks here and there.

Secondly my vision became un clear and do confused , like there is vasaline on my eyes !!, i've tild my therapist that he told me its normal with anxiety.

Any one gone thru that thing?!
