You really do look great. I am still struggling with anxiety on the mornings. I have so much going for me but I don't have the confidence and I suffer fr not feeling good enough. Does anyone feel this way?

I got some great advices from people on this site.. you should post about what you're going through and try and find members who are having the same battle they'll know what to do and how to help

I feel that way. I just learned to fake it till I make it. I have body Dysmorphia, I see a fat girl in the mirror. I only see my flaws and work hard to pretend I'm confident. Try watching THE SECRET movie or read the book. It helps me focus on good & pretend I'm what I wish to be. Inside, I feel like you do, outside, the world has no idea I'm so fragile and anxiety driven.
